Devolution

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return it within 15 days or exchange it within 30 days from the date you received it.

The product must be in the same conditions of use as it was when purchased, in perfect condition, showing that it has not been used and with the original labels.

Step-by-step return or exchange procedure:
1. Click on the return/exchange button after the steps.
• Fill out the form with your personal information.
• In the subject write “refund/exchange – order number”.
• In the messages, include the reason.
2. We will contact you within 5 working days via email.
3. Prepare and package the merchandise securely together with proof of purchase.

Return/exchange

Reimbursement

In the case of a return, the refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 working days, after receiving the product in our warehouse, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

For payments that were made by Multibanco reference, our team will contact you to request your IBAN.
