Terms of service

1. Company identification

The Luchirée online store is owned by Camara & Cavalheiro, a limited liability company, with headquarters at Praceta 25 de Abril, 90, Mafamude e Vilar do Paraíso, 4430-257, Vila Nova de Gaia, with NIPC 517494825.

Luchirée is intended for retail and wholesale leather goods sales, trade in costume jewelry, jewelry and goldsmithing, clothing items for men, women and children, and utilitarian and decorative items. All products sold are new and genuine, complying with Portuguese legislation.

These Terms & Conditions governed by Portuguese law may be changed at any time.

The company is not responsible for losses caused to the Customer during the use of the Internet network, such as: interference, external intrusions, interruptions, computer viruses, malfunctions or disconnections of the computer system or any other case of force majeure.

2. Use of the Online Store

Use of the online store is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Users must be at least 18 (eighteen) years old, or, if
    minor, authorization from their parents or representatives
    to contract under legal terms. When you use
    this website declares that it meets these conditions;
  • Users must provide true and up-to-date information in their
    registration in the online store, not using false identities;
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account and
    password, in order to prevent third parties from accessing your account;
  • Users are obliged to provide personal data and exact addresses, in order to
    so that Luchirée can properly process orders. A
    company assumes no responsibility for delays or
    impossibility of processing orders, particularly when
    delivery, resulting from errors or insufficiencies in the data provided by the
    client.
  • The online store reserves the right to refuse access or cancel the account
    any user who violates these terms and conditions.

3. Placing orders

To place an order for one or more products available on the website
of Luchirée, the customer must comply with the following procedures:

1. Choose the product on the Luchirée website.
2. Add the product to the “Basket”.
3. Click on “Checkout”.

From this point on, the customer can proceed with the purchase in three ways:

  • As a Guest: The customer will be able to complete the purchase without creating an account on
    Luchirée. To do this, you must fill in your personal and delivery details on the
    time of ordering.
  • As a New Customer: The customer will be able to create an account at Luchirée to
    simplify future purchases. To do this, you must fill out a form with the
    your personal and delivery details.
  • As a customer: if you already have an account, the customer will log in with
    your email address and password.

Regardless of the method chosen, the customer must fill in all the requested information, including the delivery method and payment method.

After filling in all the information, the customer must click on “Confirm Payment”. To do this, you must first accept these Terms & Conditions.

Once the order has been completed, Luchirée will send the customer an automatic email confirming the transaction. If the data is not correct, the customer must immediately request its change or even cancel the purchase made.

Customer registration is optional. However, registration allows the customer to access a series of benefits, such as:

  • Store your delivery data;
  • Monitor the status of your orders;
  • Save a personalized wishlist;
  • Store your payment details.

4. Payment methods

Payments in store can be made using Visa, Mastecard, Multibanco reference, MB WAY, Google Pay or Apple Pay cards.

Prices are expressed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT at the legal rate in force. The invoice for the purchased products will be sent together with the order.

5. Availability of products

All product orders are subject to availability. If, for any reason, Luchirée is unable to supply the ordered products, the customer will be informed of the unavailability and will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid, within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days.

6. Shipping costs and deadlines

Your order will be dispatched by Luchirée and sent via CTT. The order is delivered to the address indicated by the customer at the time of ordering.

Costs and home delivery time for each region:

Mainland Portugal: €2.50 | 1 to 3 business days.

Other European Union countries: €5.00 | 3 to 7 business days.

If the order is returned to Luchirée due to incorrect or insufficient personal or delivery data provided at the time of ordering, failure to collect the order at the post office or failure to receive it due to the absence of the recipient in the case of orders sent by courier, the new shipment of the order will incur shipping costs corresponding to the delivery area, regardless of the value of the order.

7. Right to Free Resolution

Customers have the right to freely terminate the contract within 15 days from the date you received the product(s). In the case of exchanges, the deadline is 30 days.

To exercise this right, the customer must contact Luchirée via email at contact@luchiree.com or via the contact form available on the website. In the email or form, the customer must indicate their name, order number and reason for return or exchange.

After Luchirée returns contact within 5 working days via email, the customer must prepare and package the order securely, together with proof of purchase. The product(s) must be in the same conditions of use as they were when purchased, in perfect condition, showing that they have not been used and with the original labels.

The customer must take the product(s) to a Pickup CTT network point. Luchirée does not cover return or exchange costs.

In the case of a return, the refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 working days, after receipt of the product(s) in the warehouse, using the same payment method used for the purchase. For payments that were made by Multibanco reference, Luchirée will contact the customer to request their IBAN.

Luchirée complies with the legislation applicable to the right to free resolution, namely Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14th.

8. Warranty

Luchirée offers a two-year warranty on all stainless steel products sold on its website. This warranty covers manufacturing or quality defects that appear during the warranty period; the product must contain the respective invoice.

The warranty does not cover defects due to inappropriate use, inadequate maintenance and cleaning, negligence, improper handling, modifications, unauthorized repairs, accidents or normal wear and tear.

In the event of a defect covered by the warranty, the customer must contact Luchirée via email at contacto@luchiree.com or via the contact form available on the website. In the email or form, the customer must indicate their name, order number and reason for the complaint.

Luchirée will examine the product and, if it finds that the defect is covered by the warranty, will repair or replace the product, free of charge.

9. Arbitration Center

Luchirée is committed to the satisfaction of its customers. If you have any problems with your purchase on the website, please contact us first. We are always available to resolve your problems in a friendly and fair way.

If we cannot reach an agreement, you can lodge a complaint with the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform (RLL). RLL is a free service that allows consumers to resolve disputes with traders across the European Union.

To lodge a complaint with RLL, simply visit the website http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr and fill out a form. RLL will then forward your complaint to the competent RAL entity to resolve the dispute.
